Welcome to Bestie and the Bookish! By subscribing, reading, or participating in my publications, newsletters, or community spaces, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content & Community

• All content shared (free or paid) is for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or sell my content without written permission.

• Be kind and respectful. Harassment, spam, or inappropriate conduct in comments, chats, or community spaces will not be tolerated.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free subscribers get access to newsletters, updates, and public community content.

• Paid subscriptions unlock exclusive posts, behind-the-scenes content, bookish perks, and special access to events.

• Payments are processed securely through Substack/Stripe. Refunds are generally not available once a subscription cycle has started and should be handled through the Substack platform.

3. Events, Giveaways & Perks

• Occasionally, I may host giveaways or events. Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours unless otherwise stated. I will specify whether it is available in your region.

• Paid subscribers may receive additional perks, but these are subject to change.

4. Limitation of Liability

• I do my best to provide accurate, enjoyable content, but I can’t guarantee results (like finding your next favorite read 😉).

• I’m not responsible for third-party links, services, or issues outside my control.

5. Updates

• I may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to subscribe means you agree to any updated terms.
